RUDN University journals «Vestnik RUDN» entered TOP-100 best Russian scientific journals

2,856 scientific journals participated in a joint contest held by the RF Ministry of education and science and NEICON non-profit partnership.

The journals were assessed according to more than 30 criteria depending on thematic relevance in the world research community.

Two RUDN journals are among TOP-100:

«RUDN Vestnik. Series: Agronomy and animal industries» (Chief editor V.Plyuschikov)

«RUDN Vestnik. Series: Political science» (Chief editor Yu.Pochta)

The contest is aimed at supporting scientific journals to help them enter international scientometric databases.

New housing types and the search for balance: RUDN University hosts first PhD defenses in Architecture

At a meeting of the new RUDN University Dissertation Council in the specialties of 2.1.12 “Architecture of Buildings and Structures. Creative Concepts of Architectural Activity” and 2.1.11 “Theory and History of Architecture, Restoration and Reconstruction of Historical and Architectural Heritage”, three postgraduate students — Natalia Kalinina, Evgeny Ogienko, and Yulia Loginova — were awarded PhD degrees in Architecture for the first time in the university's history.
