About the Competition

Competition Objective: to attract talented young scientists with strong scientific track records to continue their research and lead research teams at RUDN University.

The research must address specific objectives within one of the areas identified in Clause 21 of the Strategy for Scientific and Technological Development of the Russian Federation (approved by Decree No. 145 of the President of the Russian Federation dated 28 February 2024, “On the Strategy for Scientific and Technological Development of the Russian Federation”). These areas are intended to deliver significant scientific and technological results and support the development of advanced domestic technologies. The research must also address objectives within RUDN University's priority research areas.

The Competition Documentation sets out the eligibility requirements, application (research project) content requirements, expert review procedure, funding and implementation terms for selected projects, and the methodology for determining performance indicators.
