International conference “The higher school: experience, problems and prospects”

On April 20-21 in RUDN University took place the International conference "The higher school: experience, problems and prospects". The conference was initiated and organized by department of social and differential psychology of the Philological faculty (RUDN University).
Scientists from the leading Russian universities, professors and teachers from Poland, Belarus, Moldova, Bulgaria, Ireland, Armenia, Kazakhstan, representatives of the Russian Academy of Education and The Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation have participated in this important scientific event.
Work of a conference has been continued on sections:
- The higher school and society;
- Pedagogical aspects of training of the expert at the higher school;
- Psychological aspects of training of the expert at the higher school;
- Education of the young students;
- The higher school: language, culture, art;
- Problems of training of specialists for work with gifted children and talented youth;
- The prospects for development of social pedagogical education in Russia.
In follow-up of the conference was organized the round table, where participants of the event shared their opinions and impressions of the work of this conference and expressed their thanks and appreciation for the organization ofsuch large-scale scientific forum in RUDN University.
RUDN University dentists Samvel Apresyan and Alexander Stepanov received the 20th Anniversary Prize of the Moscow Government in the field of medicine. 98 applications, 12 finalists and only 6 of the best - among them are RUDN University doctors.
In April, students, graduate students and young scientists from 30 countries participated in 48 sections of the Lomonosov International Scientific Conference: from journalism and sociology to geology and space research. RUDN University undergraduates and postgraduates presented their work in five areas.
