June 4, 2018 at the RUDN University United Institute of Chemical Research Yannick. Guari gave a lecture for students and staff on the topic: «A new look at the family of cyan-bridge coordination polymers at the nanoscale».
Professor Guari illustrated the latest developments made by his research group on the synthesis and study of the sizes and shapes of controlled cyano-bridge coordination polymeric materials at the nanoscale. He presented various synthetic methodologies that they developed to obtain nano-objects or nanocomposites from these materials and associated magnetic, magneto-optical, or sorption properties. He also considered the potential applications of nanoparticles of polymers with cyano-bridge coordination and nanocomposites in the field of medical imaging and deactivation of mobile radioactive elements.
On the eve of Victory Day, we share the stories of front-line soldiers who, after the Great Patriotic War, participated in the creation of the Peoples' Friendship University and educated a new generation of students.
We continue to share the stories of front-line soldiers who created the Peoples' Friendship University. On the eve of Victory Day, here is the story of a lawyer who was seriously wounded, worked for 30 years in his native Tatarstan, and dedicated his “silver” years to Peoples’ Friendship University.
