RUDN University will discuss new political practices and the place of political science in a changing world

On December 1–2, RUDN University will host the annual All-Russian scientific conference “Political science in a changing world: new practices and theoretical search.” Its goal is to find and define popular forms of political science for interpreting ongoing global changes.

The change in traditional theoretical frameworks associated with the departure of previously dominant linear paradigms raises the question of the legitimacy of traditional political practices, the legitimacy of institutions, goals and subjects of the political process. Understanding Russia's new status requires academic understanding and the involvement of the political science community.

  • 24 meetings of research committees of the Russian Association of Political Science.
  • 17 round tables.

In 2017, RUDN University scientists constructed a new explicit second-order precision difference scheme using modern computer algebra methods for 2-dimensional Navier-Stokes equations (NSE) [1]. This year, our mathematicians used a new scheme [2] to construct a numerical solution to the Cauchy problem with initial data (for t=0) as satisfying the continuity equation. Scientists managed to achieve previously unattainable accuracy of the continuity equation.
