We are pleased to invite you to participate in the II International Scientific Conference of Students and Young Scientists "For the Sustainable Development of Civilization: Cooperation, Science, Education, Technology”. The regional focus of the conference in 2023 will be African countries.

The development of revolutionary wireless networks will ultimately result in the availability of high-speed, low-latency connection for all aspects in daily life. 5G will be providing ubiquitous broadband access, enhance user mobility, and enable ultra-reliable and cost-effective networking of a large number of devices (e.g., Internet of Things (IoT)). Cloud computing, Software Defined Networking (SDN), and Network Function Virtualization (NFV) are the primary technical enabling developing potential usage in 5G.

In this report an applied method for building distributed control systems for adaptive control of traffic flows under conditions of a dynamically changing traffic load is proposed, which analyzes the initial data and develops the necessary elements of a distributed control system and their characteristics, namely: the control system is built from a set of ready-made elements, the formation of quantitative and qualitative characteristics of which occurs depending on their location on the road network section.
