Seminar “On the local behavior of local weak solutions to some singular anisotropic elliptic equations”
We study the local behaviour of bounded local weak solutions to a class of anisotropic elliptic singular equations. Throughout a parabolic approach to expansion of positivity we obtain the interior Holder continuity, and some integral and pointwise Harnack inequalities.

Scientific seminar “Mathematical modeling of melt rotation during pulsed heating of a metal target”
On the experimental stand Beam of Electrons for materials Test Applications (BETA) created in the INP SB RAS, the results of heating the tungsten plate by the action of a high-speed electron beam on it were obtained. We consider an extended dynamic model of current distribution when the surface of a tungsten sample is heated by an electronic beam pulse.

Seminar “Waves and pulses for monotone reaction-diffusion systems”
This lecture will begin with some known results about reaction-diffusion waves followed by some new results about stationary pulses. Investigation of the existence of such solutions is based on the theory of elliptic problems in unbounded domains, while the analysis of their stability uses some spectral properties.
