All-Russian Conference «The Russian Language and the Issues of Socio-Cultural Adaptation of Foreign Citizens in the Russian Federation»
June 7, 2018, RUDN, the RF Ministry of Internal Affairs and the RF Ministry of Education and Science host a traditional All-Russian scientific and practical conference «The Russian Language and the Issues of Socio-Cultural Adaptation of Foreign Citizens in the Russian Federation».
The conference has proved itself as the main platform for the exchange of experience and the solution of specific tasks related to the training, testing, adaptation of migrants and their family members in the territory of the Russian Federation.
The RF Ministry of Internal Affairs and the RF Ministry of Education and Science are elaborating draft laws to improve the testing system for foreign citizens while professional community is paying close attention to the issues of normative improvement and evaluation of the quality of draft laws.
During the conference it is planned to discuss topical issues and prospects of the state testing system for foreign citizens, and the adaptation of migrant children in the regions of the Russian Federation. The work of the sections, round tables, methodological seminars, discussion panels and master classes of the conference will be devoted to preparation for exams in Russian as a foreign language, the history of Russia and the basics of the RF legislation; debatable questions of linguodidactic testing; organization of educational procedures for persons with disabilities; interview on the recognition of foreign citizens or stateless persons as speakers of the Russian language; questions of standardization of knowledge control and the level of proficiency of foreign students.
