Topic: On solutions of a critical problem with the spectral Neumann fractional Laplacian.
We discuss the existence of ground-state solutions for the problem generated by the fractional Sobolev inequality in a C2-smooth bounded domain with the spectral Neumann fractional Laplacian. We provide sufficient conditions for the existence of such solutions.
