Seminar “Life phase in urban soils and sediments”
The Research center “Smart technologies for sustainable development of the urban environment in the global change” Agrarian and Technological Institute RUDN University organizes an international scientific seminar “Life phase in urban soils and sediments”.
During the seminar, experts and participants will discuss the properties of the soil microbiome of urban and industrially polluted areas of different climatic zones (subarctic, temperate and others). Particular attention will be paid to the issues of biodiversity of microbial communities, their functioning in anthropogenically modified soils and assessment of ecosystem services provided by microorganisms.
The working language is Russian and English.
