RUDN University goes up 200 positions in THE WUR 2022, world ranking of the best universities in the world
THE WUR rankings grade universities according to five performance indicators: teaching, research, citation, industry income, and international outlook. RUDN University has shown growth everywhere, despite the fact that competition has intensified — this year there were 135 more universities in the rankings.
In “Teaching”, RUDN University took the 265th place in the world, having moved up 34 positions. The university has the fastest growth — by 157 positions at once — in terms of the “Research” indicator. In 2021, RUDN University scores for academic and research reputation also increased significantly.
RUDN University has confirmed its status as a leading university, taking 10th place in 2026 National Ranking of Universities compiled by the Interfax Group. The university’s achievements were particularly recognized in the “Cooperation” and “Brand” categories.
Peoples‘ Friendship University of Russia (RUDN) has been awarded the All-Russian prize “Time for Innovations” for its patented development ‘Digital Pre-University Faculty’, which allows you to study Russian from anywhere in the world.
The aaniversary medal to the 100th anniversary of V.F. Stanis is awarded to RUDN current and ex-employees and students for: significant contribution to the university development; long-standing commitment to maintaining ties with the university; fruitful cooperation of Russian and foreign organizations, scientists and public figures with the university.
