Latin American graduates of Russian, USSR, East European, Central Asian and Cuban universities meet in Chile

23-27 October, the IV Forum of Latin American graduates of Russian, USSR, East European, Central Asian and Cuban universities takes place in Chile uniting Alumni of different years who will discuss ways of strengthening cooperation with each other, Russian HEIs and national graduates associations, and attracting foreign graduates to research, academic and business cooperation with Russia.

The Forum is a regular event, first held 4 November, 2004, in Montevideo (Uruguay), followed by meetings in Panama Панаме (2006), Dominican Republic (2008), Costa-Rica (2010), Columbia (2012) and Ecuador (2014).

This led to the creation of Latin American Federation of graduates of Russian, East European, Central Asian and Cuban HEIs (FELAPEREACU).
