Latin American graduates of Russian, USSR, East European, Central Asian and Cuban universities meet in Chile
The Forum is a regular event, first held 4 November, 2004, in Montevideo (Uruguay), followed by meetings in Panama Панаме (2006), Dominican Republic (2008), Costa-Rica (2010), Columbia (2012) and Ecuador (2014).
This led to the creation of Latin American Federation of graduates of Russian, East European, Central Asian and Cuban HEIs (FELAPEREACU).

In 2019, Tatiana founded the Youths Make a Difference (YMD) International Youth Organization. It's been over a year since the last interview.
