The representatives of the company told students how to get into 1C
The company "1C: Rarus" for many years pays great attention to cooperation with educational institutions. Representatives spoke about the history of the company's formation, development prospects, leading partners and career opportunities.
Aida Zakirova, Leading HR Manager, presented the annual events organized by the company to attract students and graduates:
- International professional competition;
- International Olympiad on programming on the platform "1C: Enterprise 8";
- Competition of final qualification works using the software "1C";
- “Day 1C: Careers”.
Maxim Vikulin, Corporate Account Manager, spoke about the software products of 1C.
Students and graduates were offered relevant vacancies, including those with a flexible work schedule; places for undergraduate and practical training; the possibility of preferential and free training and internships.
Any student, no younger than 2 semesters of 3 courses, with programming experience, can become an intern of the 1C: Rarus company. It is a competitive selection, according to the results of the exam. During the training period, a scholarship is paid. The training program includes 3 months of training in programming in the environment of “1C: Enterprise”, the basics of accounting and communication with customers. Training takes place in the evening and on weekends. Upon completion of training, a series of exams are conducted, and the most successful trainees are hired by the company.
