Adolfo Carlo Magno Castillo Meza, graduate ’86 of RUDN Faculty of Science is elected Chairman of the Election Committee of Peru.
The National Office of Electoral Processes (Oficina Nacional de Procesos Electorales, ONPE) is the body in charge of organizing elections in Peru. It organizes all electoral processes, referendums and other popular consultations, guaranteeing their transparency and legitimacy, in order to ensure the respect for the citizen's will.
