The module gives the opportunity to learn to work with texts of all kinds of complexity, to interpret and write them, to see all the faces, layers and tricks. This direction is focused on obtaining fundamental knowledge in the field of literature, the Russian language, editorial and proofreading, as well as the study of several foreign languages. In addition to the main specialty, students can get the qualification of translator.

Students undertake project practice in cultural institutions: libraries, museums, archives. The faculty maintains active scientific relations with universities in Spain, Italy, France and provides the opportunity for internships at partner universities. The employment areas of graduates are publishing and media business, various educational platforms and cultural centers.
