The XI International Conference “Higher School: Experience, Problems, Prospects”
On the 29-30 of March RUDN University Philological faculty hosted the XI International Conference “Higher School: Experience, Problems, Perspectives”.
The co-organizers of the event are the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Russian Federation, the Moscow State University, Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, National Research University “Higher School of Economics”, Belarusian State University (Minsk), Republican Institute of Higher Education (Minsk), The University of Warmia and Mazury (Olsztyn, Poland), Charles University (Prague, Czech Republic), Sofia University Saint Kliment Ohridski (Sofia, Bulgaria), Yerevan State University (Yerevan), Minsk State Linguistic University (Minsk), the Kyrgyz National University named after Jusup Balasagyn (Bishkek), Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda State University (KKSU) (Kyzyl-Orda, Kazakhstan) etc.
The conference was devoted to the discussion of topical issues of higher education.
Within the framework of the event, participants provided with trainings, master classes, a round table. More than 70 scientists attended the event, including foreign participants, participants from the different regions of the Russian Federation.
RUDN University dentists Samvel Apresyan and Alexander Stepanov received the 20th Anniversary Prize of the Moscow Government in the field of medicine. 98 applications, 12 finalists and only 6 of the best - among them are RUDN University doctors.
In April, students, graduate students and young scientists from 30 countries participated in 48 sections of the Lomonosov International Scientific Conference: from journalism and sociology to geology and space research. RUDN University undergraduates and postgraduates presented their work in five areas.
