Scientific seminar “Simulation of erosion of fusion reactor wall material under high-power pulsed plasma flow”
On the experimental stand Beam of Electrons for materials Test Applications (BETA) created in the INP SB RAS, the results of heating the tungsten plate by the action of a high-speed electron beam on it were obtained.
Lecture "Ultrasound-promoted polymer-analogous transformations of chitin and chitosan, antimicrobial activity of the obtained derivatives and their-based new materials"
The lecture will focus on possibility of promoting of a number of organic transformations in the chemistry of chitin and chitosan by ultrasound and others.
Seminar “Propagation of strong singularities in nonlinear diffusion-absorption type equations”
Theory of very singular (i.e. more singular then corresponding fundamental) nonnegative solutions is actively developing since pioneering work of H.Brezis, L.A.Peletier, D.Terman (1986) field of qualitative theory of nonlinear elliptic and parabolic equations of diffusion-absorption type.
Scientific “Estimates of the fundamental solution for the stationary convection-diffusion equation”
We will talk about methods for obtaining estimates for the Green's function and the fundamental solution for the convection-diffusion equation with a uniformly elliptic leading part in the space R^n, n> 2.
International competition of student project management "Skyrocket project"
The Department of Economic and Mathematical Modeling of the Faculty of Economics of RUDN University and the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship of RUDN University, together with partners from the CIS Network University, announce a student works competition in project management "SKYROCKET PROJECT" and invites senior students to participate.
International Scientific Legal Forum
The Law Institute of the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia holds the International Scientific Legal Forum in memory of Doctor of Law prof. VK. Puchinskiy "Comparative legal aspects of legal relations of civil circulation in the modern world", organized by the Department of Civil Law and Process and Private International Law.
A course of lectures by David Schultz, Professor of the Department of Public Administration and Political Science of the United States "Public Policy and Political Process"
At the Department of Public and Municipal Administration of the RUDN University, Doctor of Political Sciences, Professor David Schultz (Hamlin University, University of Minnesota (QS-156) USA) will have a course of lectures for students on the topic “Public Policy and Political process”
IV International Congress of teachers and heads of preparatory faculties of Russian universities
About 500 representatives of the professional community will participate in the Congress: teachers and heads of preparatory faculties (departments) of universities, educational specialists from 60 cities of the Russian Federation - from Blagoveshchensk to Kaliningrad, guests from 20 countries (Italy, Spain, France, Hungary, Poland, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Iraq, Afghanistan, China, Turkey, Morocco, Ukraine, Belarus, Armenia, Georgia, etc.).

Lecture "New Metal-Organic Architectures for Catalysis & Functional Materials"
This presentation will highlight our recent research on the design and applications of a wide diversity of functional metal-organic architectures, including metal-organic frameworks (MOFs), coordination polymers (CPs), and multinuclear metal complexes.
Seminar “Sobolev spaces and spaces of smooth functions on a Hilbert space equipped with a translationally invariant measure”
To study random walks in a Hilbert space we endowed the last one with a shift invariant measure. According to Weyl's theorem, the Lebesgue measure does not exist in an infinite-dimensional Hilbert space. Thus a measure is considered as a non-negative additive function of a set defined on a ring of subsets of a Hilbert space.
Interuniversity student scientific-practical conference "Public Relations as a Brand Awareness Booster"
The purpose of the conference is to attract the attention of students of the master program "Theory of Communication and International Public Relations (PR)" and students of similar, related areas of other universities in Russia and foreign countries to such important functions of promoting goods and services
Lecture "New approaches in asymmetric synthesis of unnatural amino acids"
Chiral α-amino acids (AA) are important “building blocks” of bioorganic systems. Enantiomerically pure unnatural and (R)-forms of natural α-AA are in great demand in the development of new drugs and antibiotics, as well as in protein modification. In addition, chiral α-AA are widely used as chiral catalysts and ligands.
