We introduce and study the class of Hausdorff-Berezin operators on the unit disc in p-Lebesgue spaces with Haar measure. We discuss some algebraic properties of such operators, and also give sufficient and, in some cases, necessary conditions for boundedness of such operators. [Joint work with prof. K. Tszu and S. Samko].
