Scientific seminar “Ordinary differential equations with fractional powers of the Bessel operator”

Equations with fractional Bessel derivatives have not been studied previously due to the lack of a special theory that are required to solve integro-differential equations. In a certain sense, the present work fills in the indicated gaps and develops the available results for the study of fractional Bessel derivatives and equations with them.
