July 16-24, 2018 Alexander Zhdankov and Mikhail Safir, students of RUDN Department of Applied Informatics and Probability Theory became participants of the summer school "Enabling Technologies for the Industrial Internet of Things (IoT)" on the basis of the Department of Information Engineering (DII) of the University of Pisa (Italy) to study technologies of Industrial Internet Things - advanced technologies for intelligent management of operational processes.
Peoples' Friendship University of Russia is the most international university in Russia. To date, more than 30,000 students from 155 countries study here. May 5 – 13, National teams from Asia-Pacific countries: Azerbaijan, China, Indonesia, Laos, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Australia, Romania, Singapore, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Russia, Thailand, Cambodia, India, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Saudi Arabia and Turkey attended the 19th Asian School Olympiad in Physics, in Vietnam (Hanoi).
April 19 – 28, the 52nd International Mendeleev Olympiad of schoolchildren in chemistry was held in Minsk.
The previous cooperation program was realized in 2015-2017 and was highly appreciated by professor P.Mitkas, Rector of the University. The next stage is developing joint Master programs opened in 2017.
The program is targeted at ensuring inclusive and equitable quality education and promoting lifelong learning opportunities for all.
RUDN University has become an operator of one of the most famous and prestigious educational Olympics in Russia.
13 March, 2018, Caroline Galacteros, a famous French political scientist delivered a lecture for RUDN students «The future of French-Russian relations: ideological restrictions and realistic approach potential».
4 - 6 March, RUDN took part in QS Maple 2018 international conference in Manama (Bahrein) to discuss competitive higher education with representatives of 70 universities of Asia, Middle East, Great Britain and USA.
India-Russia conference on cooperation and interaction in higher education was held at International News Agency «Rossiya Segodnya» on February, 26. Julia G. Potemkina represented the International Activities Department of RUDN University.
