Researchers

Requirements:

  • Higher vocational education;
  • Work experience within his/her specialty at least 3 years, not less than 1 year of them in leading universities;
  • Availability of a scientific degree, postgraduate education and internship - without work experience requirement;
  • Command of English: not lower than C1;
  • Availability of a review of the academic supervisor;
  • PhD Degree of a foreign university or foreign scientific organization;
  • A candidate has not been an employee of the Peoples' Friendship University for the last three years (except for young scientists who were employed under the 5-100 Program in 2016-2017);
  • Availability of at least 3 publications in journals indexed in the Web of Science / Scopus database for the last 3 years;
  • Hirsch index: at least 1;
  • Participation in reports at scientific and technical events - at least 1;
  • Participation in the implementation of competitive scientific projects - at least 1.

Conditions:

  • Full-time employment (from 1 to 6 months without interruption, in agreement with the employer). Part-time employment only for citizens who have registration in Moscow and the Moscow region;
  •  The term of the contract is 2 years. Renewal of the contract for the second year subject to the performance of KPI established for the first year;
  • Availability of equipped workplace;
  • Access to the experimental and instrumentation base;
  • Availability of reagents and components;
  • Payment of travel expenses for trips to participate in scientific and technical activities (no more than two);
  • Parking on the territory of the university;
  • Work in the leading Russian university (participant of the "5-100" Program);

Requirements:

  • Academic degree of doctor or candidate of science (PhD);
  • Availability of scientific papers - at least 7 WoS / Scopus for the last 5 years (for humanitarian specialties – at least 5);
  • Experience of scientific and organizational work is not less than 5 years, from them not less than 3 years of work in the leading university or scientific organization;
  • For citizens of the Russian Federation - they must have a PhD degree from a foreign university;
  • The candidate has not been an employee of the RUDN University for the last three years (except for scientists who were employed in the framework of the 5-100 Program in 2016-2017);
  • Command of  English: at least C1 level;
  • Availability of at least 2 comments from specialists in the specified field of science with indication of their contact;
  • Participation as a responsible executive of grants of Russian / international scientific funds of federal programs and Russian / international contracts (agreements);
  • Hirsch index: 7-20;
  • Reports at technical and scientific events - at least 3.

Conditions:

  • Full-time employment (from 1 to 6 months without interruption, in agreement with the employer). Part-time employment only for citizens who have registration in Moscow and the Moscow region;
  • The period of the contract is 2 years. Renewal of the contract for the 2nd year provided that the KPI is performed by a scientific center / laboratory established for the first year;

Teaching Staff

Requirements:

  • A person with higher vocational education, as a rule, in the field of research-educational activities of the department, with at least 3 years’ research-teaching experience, can be a senior lecturer of the department. When a person has an academic degree of PhD in Sciences, the length of research-teaching experience should be at least one year;
  • Knowledge of English: at least Advanced level;
  • Citizens of the Russian Federation must have a PhD degree of a foreign university.

Conditions:

  • Full-time employment;
  • Wage level is 1500 $ (gross, tax is 30% in the first 182 days of continuous work, then it is 13%);
  • Work on an employment agreement in the format of an effective contract;
  • For PhD - publication of 2 scientific articles per year (at least 1 in journals indexed in international databases), or 2 educational-methodical works (including 1 manual);
  • Stimulation for exceeding the performance of an effective contract;
  • Schedule of work is 6/1 (36 hours per week, 144 hours per month);
  • Teaching hours are at least 30% of the total time;
  • Business trips are possible;
  • Obligatory registration of VHI policy, there is an opportunity to purchase it at the Medical Center of RUDN University (it costs 17500 rubles);
  • Parking on the territory of the University;
  • Discounts for visiting the sports and recreation complex "Druzhba" (tennis courts, football / basketball / volleyball courts, gym).

Requirements:

  • A person with higher vocational education, a PhD degree and at least 5 years’ research-teaching experience in a higher educational institution can be an associate professor of the department.
  • At least 5 publications in journals indexed in Web of Science/Scopus database for the last 5 years or the publication of a monograph and the publication of at least 3 research papers (of which at least 1 research paper should be published in journals indexed in Web of Science, Scopus or other international databases);
  • Knowledge of English: at least C1 level;
  • Hirsch index: not less than 2;
  • At least 3 years’ work experience in a leading university or a scientific organization.

Conditions:

  • Full-time employment (at least one academic semester);
  • Wage level is $ 3000 (gross, tax is 30% in the first 182 days of continuous work, then it is 13%);
  • Work on an employment agreement in the format of an effective contract;
  • Publication of at least 2 scientific papers per year in journals indexed by the Web of Science database, Scopus;
  • Stimulation for exceeding the performance of an effective contract;
  • Schedule of work is 6/1 (36 hours per week, 144 hours per month);
  • Teaching hours are at least 15% of the total amount of time;

  • At least 10 publications in journals indexed in Web of Science/Scopus database for the last 5 years or the publication of a monograph and the publication of at least 4 research papers (of which at least 2 research papers should be published in journals indexed in Web of Science, Scopus or other international databases);
  • Knowledge of English: at least C1 level;
  • Hirsch index: not less than 4;
  • At least 3 years’ work experience in a leading university or a scientific organization.

  • Full-time  employment;
  • Wage level is $ 4000 (gross, tax is 30% in the first 182 days of continuous work, then it is 13%);
  • Work on an employment agreement in the format of an effective contract;
  • Publication of at least 4 scientific papers per year in journals indexed by the Web of Science database, Scopus;
  • Stimulation for exceeding the performance of an effective contract;
  • Schedule of work is 6/1 (36 hours per week, 144 hours per month);
