The Institute is the main center for the classical conservation of fruits and vegetables, which conducts research in the following areas:
- conserved sterilized and pasteurized fruit and vegetable products of high nutritional value, including for children, diet and preventive nutrition;
- dried fruits and vegetables of long-term storage of varying degrees of dehydration;
- non-sterilized products of processing fruits and vegetables, preserved using cold, enzyme preparations and preservatives;
- target products from recycled fruits and vegetables
Cooperation since October 2018. Signed a long-term contract on internship of students of standardization and metrology.
