The Department of Telecommunications is engaged in applied research in the field of wireless cellular systems, heterogeneous networks to support a large number of mobile users and advanced physical layer technologies for 5G systems, including D2D communications.
Cooperation continues throughout 2016-2019 within the framework of the concluded cooperation agreement. Students and graduate students of RUDN University took part in experimental studies of 5G networks in the laboratory. Students of the Faculty of Science annually come to the laboratory, work on modern equipment to carry out their graduation work and dissertations.
On behalf of the Department of Telecommunications, Brno University of Technology (BUT), please accept our sincere appreciation for the collaboration with Department of Applied Probability and Informatics, RUDN University. The cooperation continues throughout the years 2016 — 2019 within the framework of the concluded cooperation agreement. Our group is engaged, among others, in the research of modem wireless ad-hoc and sensor systems for the industrial and academic purposes.
Students as well as post-graduate students from RUDN University took part in experimental research of 5G networks in our laboratories. They work on modern equipment to carry out their graduate works and dissertations. In addition, during the active cooperation between BUT and RUDN teams, we are continuously exchanging our knowledge and experience in the development, programming, computing and experimental evaluation of emerging communication and information technologies.
