A graduate of RUDN University is a “universal” specialist in a convergent environment with a variety of writing styles, a visual language of information transfer and modern technological skills. During their studies students receive comprehensive training in journalism, economics and media management. They acquire skills in all types of media - on television, radio, in newspapers, magazines and online media.

Own technical base gives the opportunity to try oneself in practice in various areas of journalism: to get practice in the multimedia media center of RUDN University, publish articles in the university newspaper Druzhba and posts in the social networks of the faculty. Lectures and master classes for Russian and foreign journalists, professors from partner universities and simply famous media people are regularly held for students. Graduates of the Faculty of Philology also have the opportunity to get a second diploma of translator.
