Students of Medical and Agricultural Faculties winning a contest dedicated to the Rescuer’s Day! The Agricultural Faculty’s Defense and Emergency Department together with the Department of Life Safety and Natural and Man-made Risks Management, at the invitation of the Agency for Civil Protection of Southwest Administrative District, organized the students’ participation in the competition of posters and creative works of Moscow universities’ students dedicated to the Rescuer’s Day. Following the contest the Medical Faculty’s group ML-218 and the Agricultural Faculty’s Department of Life Safety and Natural and Man-made Risks Management took the first prize in the category "Terrorism. Countering terrorism in a megapolis”, presenting a video. In addition, Maria Frolova, a student of 2nd year of the Medical Faculty, who presented a poster, won the 3rd place in the category "Safety on water."

Student from SAR becomes Mister RUDN Association of African students - 2018

2 March, RUDN chose the King of Africa or Mister RUDN Association of African students – Zim Sankvella (SAR), first-year student of the Agrarian and Technological Institute who won over students from Cameroon, Chad, Namibia, Angola, Ethiopia and SAR. Vice-Mister was Binga Medesh (Angola), third place was taken by Naftalu Kuume (Namibia).
