March 20-26, 10 a.m., a scientific and practical conference "Information technologies and scientific and technical translation" will take place at the Faculty of Science. The conference will be devoted to the general problems of the use of new information technologies in the course of teaching foreign languages and finding the most effective ways of teaching students of non-humanitarian fields professionally oriented foreign language. The goals and objectives of the planned conference are to analyze and introduce innovative ways of teaching the scientific and technical translation, realize an efficient exchange of the experience of classroom and extracurricular methodical work. A round table “A modern video- lesson of the foreign language" is planned to be held.

Student from SAR becomes Mister RUDN Association of African students - 2018

2 March, RUDN chose the King of Africa or Mister RUDN Association of African students – Zim Sankvella (SAR), first-year student of the Agrarian and Technological Institute who won over students from Cameroon, Chad, Namibia, Angola, Ethiopia and SAR. Vice-Mister was Binga Medesh (Angola), third place was taken by Naftalu Kuume (Namibia).
