RUDN celebrates the Day of Russia

June 12, at RUDN University Sports Center stadium the II tournament on sports triathlon was held. It was dated to the Day of Russia. Organizers of the event: RUDN University Department of work with students, Sports club "Druzhba", Student council of RUDN University and the main initiator of this sports event Association of students from the Republic of Ingushetia. Sports triathlon included: 1)100 meters run, 2)Pull-ups on a horizontal bar, 3) Press-up on bars. Students from Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Armenia, Ecuador, Yemen and the Russian Federation took part in the competitions. Prize-winning places were distributed as follows: 1 place – Firuz Nazhmutdinov, Agrarian faculty (Tajikistan) 2 place – Mahomed Sultygov, faculty of Humanitarian and social sciences (Russia, Ingushetia) 3 place – Bakhtiyor Gafurov, Medical faculty (Tajikistan) Winners of the competitions were awarded Diplomas of Druzhba Sports club of I, II and III degrees, medals and pennants. The champion also got a special prize from the president of Association of the Ingush students Amir Ortskhanov.
