Peoples’ friendship university of Russia became number 8 among 200 Russian universities. Earlier during 2016 universities were assessed in different categories like “Brand”, “Education”. “Research”, “Socialization” and “Innovations and entrepreneurial activity”.

RUDN is also number 1 among Russian universities in “Internationalization”. The nomination assessed the number of international students, cooperation with foreign partners in education and research, joint educational projects with foreign universities and global communications.
In 2023, the Public Council of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science conducted an independent assessment of the quality of conditions for educational activities. More than 300 universities and branches provided information on the quality of education.
Tamara Ghazaryan is known to many at RUDN University. She “races,” as she herself says, around the university, participates in a dozen student events and can get to almost every location herself. Only a few locations need the help of her friends or team. But it was not always so.
