The Philological faculty III year student team of the department of the Public relations took the first place in the Open National Student Olympiad in Public Relations, which was held in the framework of the Forum “Moscow PR Week 2013” On May 15, in MGIMO the Open National Student Olympiad in Public relations was held in the framework of the International Forum in Public Relations “Moscow PR Week 2013”. 27 teams from the leading Russian universities participated in the Olympiad. According to results of two rounds and provided by the Grayling International Agency creative assignment, RUDN University team consisting of the Philological faculty III year students of the department of the Public relations Anna Avakov, Natalia Zakhmylova, Kamburova and Yulia Karaseva took premier place. Student from SAR becomes Mister RUDN Association of African students - 2018

2 March, RUDN chose the King of Africa or Mister RUDN Association of African students – Zim Sankvella (SAR), first-year student of the Agrarian and Technological Institute who won over students from Cameroon, Chad, Namibia, Angola, Ethiopia and SAR. Vice-Mister was Binga Medesh (Angola), third place was taken by Naftalu Kuume (Namibia).
