RUDN students visit Chekhov School № 170

A group of RUDN University students’ trip to the Moscow state educational institution “Chekhov Educational Centre № 170” was organized by Y.V. Kryazheva-Kartseva, the deputy dean for informatization of the Faculty of Humanitarian and social sciences, on January, 12. A round table discussion “Tolerance and cultural diversity” was held at the Centre and was attended by 10th grade pupils. The trip was taken by students of MA courses: from Syria (Jazzan Feras), Egypt (Gadalrab Sami Mansur Abdo), Indonesia (Idrus Asrinda Ayub) and Russia (Irina Yurievna Krasnoshchyokova). The foreign students showed presentations about their countries, and in the opening speech they talked about our university, about how many foreign students study there, and about the atmosphere of mutual understanding and mutual assistance found there. They gave an especially detailed talk on the Faculty of Humanitarian and social sciences, at which they study. The pupils were invited to the university’s upcoming Open day.
