The government of Angola and Russian business reaffirmed their demand for RUDN graduates

In December, RUDN university and the RF Embassy held a round table «Education in Russia, employment in Angola» in one of the largest and oldest universities of Angola – National University n.a.A.Neto.

In December, RUDN university and the RF Embassy held a round table «Education in Russia, employment in Angola» in one of the largest and oldest universities of Angola – National University n.a.A.Neto.

The participants discussed cooperation in education, the participation of universities in selecting students, recognition of Russian diplomas in Angola and peculiarities of job placement in Angola.

Pinda Simau, the minister of education of Angola stressed that RUDN graduates always occupy high posts both in the government and business. He said that Angola needs such experts and is really interested in the development of cooperation in the field of training staff.

The Russian companies which have projects in Angola also expressed their interest in RUDN graduates. The event was covered by Angola central TV channels.

Student from SAR becomes Mister RUDN Association of African students - 2018

2 March, RUDN chose the King of Africa or Mister RUDN Association of African students – Zim Sankvella (SAR), first-year student of the Agrarian and Technological Institute who won over students from Cameroon, Chad, Namibia, Angola, Ethiopia and SAR. Vice-Mister was Binga Medesh (Angola), third place was taken by Naftalu Kuume (Namibia).
