The Final intramural Round of the Open International Internet-Olympiad for the higher education students in Mathematics was held on May 21-22 in the Volga State University of Technology (Russia, Yoshkar-Ola) and the Ariel University (Israel). 84 students from 49 Universities and Russian Universities
The Final intramural Round of the Open International Internet-Olympiad for the higher education students in Mathematics was held on May 21-22 in the Volga State University of Technology (Russia, Yoshkar-Ola) and the Ariel University (Israel). 84 students from 49 Universities and Russian Universities’ branches and Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Slovenia, Tadzhikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan participated in the Olympiad. The participants from RUDN University Artem Nikolaev and Richik Sengupta won bronze medals. Also Richik Sengupta was awarded a diploma and a valuable present in the nomination “Best Results” by the International Association of engineering universities, which handed out its diplomata and prizes to the participants who had shown best results among the Universities from the Association. As prize-winners Artem Nikolaev and Richik Sengupta are invited to the Super Final of the International Mathematics Olympiad in Ariel (Israel), August 12-17, 2013.

Student from SAR becomes Mister RUDN Association of African students - 2018

2 March, RUDN chose the King of Africa or Mister RUDN Association of African students – Zim Sankvella (SAR), first-year student of the Agrarian and Technological Institute who won over students from Cameroon, Chad, Namibia, Angola, Ethiopia and SAR. Vice-Mister was Binga Medesh (Angola), third place was taken by Naftalu Kuume (Namibia).
