RUDN holds the Open Olympiad for foreigners in Indonesia for the first time
February 17, RUDN Open Olympiad in Mathematics, Computer Science and Chemistry (Chemistry only for Bachelor and Specialist students) will be held at the Russian Center for Science and Culture in Jakarta (Indonesia). Schoolchildren, undergraduate students, or those who already have a bachelor degree can take part in it.

The tasks of the Olympiad are developed by professors of the Peoples' friendship university of Russia.

Applicants who show high results will have the opportunity to study for free Bachelor’s, Specialist’s and Master’s programs at RUDN.

The Open University Olympiad annually reveals gifted students from different countries of the world. From 2016 to 2018, RUDN has conducted 87 competitions in 35 countries, in which 5,225 schoolchildren and students took part. Subjects include mathematics, computer science, physics, biology, Russian, chemistry, law, and social studies.

Student from SAR becomes Mister RUDN Association of African students - 2018

2 March, RUDN chose the King of Africa or Mister RUDN Association of African students – Zim Sankvella (SAR), first-year student of the Agrarian and Technological Institute who won over students from Cameroon, Chad, Namibia, Angola, Ethiopia and SAR. Vice-Mister was Binga Medesh (Angola), third place was taken by Naftalu Kuume (Namibia).
