Larisa Efremova, PhD of Philosophical sciences, 3rd class State Councilor of the Russian Federation. In 2015, she was awarded the Gratitude of the President of the Russian Federation for the achieved labor successes, social activities and many years of conscientious work. In 2019, she was awarded the Medal of Honorary Worker of Education of Mongolia.
