Students learned about the features of the negotiation process, business etiquette in different countries. It was also about how to build communication with foreign companies, how to correctly present information and how to win negotiations, being initially in a more disadvantageous, if not completely losing position.
The business game was held by the managing partner of BGS Group Kristina Sabirova. Her portfolio includes many years of experience in conducting international negotiations. Today she leads projects in more than 10 countries - Germany, Italy, Spain, Great Britain, Denmark, France, Tunisia, etc.
In addition to the theoretical part of the students, many practical tasks awaited, during the implementation of which they were able to consolidate their knowledge.
So, the participants in the master class held negotiations, worked out their gestures of confidence, which were individual for each, and also found out what was true and what was false from the current stereotypes about the features of communication with representatives of different countries.
Kristina Sabirova also made case studies with students from her own experience and the experience of BGS Group.
Participants in the master class actively participated in the discussion, and also offered their own options for solving the situations under consideration. In addition to useful information, students received many gifts and surprises, so the most active participants were offered a job at BGS Group.
