«India and Russia: cross-cultural synergy». RUDN experts at a conference in Delhi

22 – 23 February, 2018, Delhi hosted an international research conference «India and Russia: cross-cultural synergy» devoted to the 70th anniversary of the first in India.

Department of the Russian language (currently the Department of Slav and Finno-Ugric research) at Delhi university and the 70th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between India and Russia.

Scholars, academics and interpreters from Russia, Georgia, Turkey and Sri-Lanka discussed cooperation and mutual influence of India and Russia in the field of literature, linguistics, philosophy, education, music, art and cinema.

RUDN University delegation comprised professor G.Trofimova, professor T.Larina, Chief editor of the Russian Journal of Linguistics and professor V.Barabash, Dean of the Philological faculty.

RUDN University opens a Resource Center at the Al-Asseya school, Syria

November 12, a delegation of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science and Larisa Efremova, Vice-Rector for International Affairs of RUDN University, opened the Resource Center for Russian Education on the basis of the private school “Al-Asseya” in Damascus, Syrian Arab Republic.
