On June 3-4, a delegation of the RUDN Medical Institute visited Samarkand to work at the Uzbekistan-Russia medical forum. On the sidelines of the event, cooperation agreements were signed, meetings were organized with the leadership of the Ministry of Health of Uzbekistan and rectors of leading universities.

The city of Arpino (Italy) hosted an international workshop on mathematical modeling in biology and medicine. Reports were presented by 59 leading experts from 7 countries.
In April, graduate and postgraduate students and young scientists from 30 countries participated in 48 sections of the Lomonosov International Scientific Conference: from journalism and sociology to geology and space research. RUDN participants presented their work in five areas.
May 30, Director of the Federal Service for Financial Monitoring of Russia (Rosfinmonitoring) Yuri Chikhanchin presented Certificates of Honor from the Government of the Russian Federation to RUDN University Rector Oleg Yastrebov and Vice-Rector for Student Affairs Mikhail Katsarsky "for their contribution to the organization and holding of the II International Financial Security Olympiad".
There was chemistry between Yusef Naserzadeh and Nilufar Mahmoudi... in the literal sense. Together they flew to Russia, enrolled in the postgraduate programme "Agriculture" and are now working on the project "Self-Regulating Bioorganic Packaging from Nanofertilizers". Yousef and Nilufar graduated from RUDN last year, but they continue to surprise us with their achievements.
At the student Olympiad in surgery named after A.D. Myasnikov, 250 students from 5 regions of Russia performed operations and answered theoretical questions on neurosurgery from the Bakulev Research Center for Cardiovascular Surgery.
