May 23, the Association of International Students, including RUDN University activists, took part in the reception dedicated to Africa Day at the cultural center of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
At the XVIII International Festival of Youth Scientific and Technical Creativity "Ot Vinta", the team of RUDN Institute of Medicine presented their project "International Research Team: Learning to Work Together (International Medical Science Incubator)". The Faculty of Economics participated in the project "Russia in the African Grain Market: Solving the Problem of Food Security". The students talk about their research.
Salazar Flores Christian Alexander (Ecuador), postgraduate student of the Institute of Ecology, and Diakite Simbo (Mali), postgraduate student of the Agrarian and Technological Institute received diplomas of the 1st degree with commemorative medals at the XVIII International Festival of Youth Scientific and Technical Creativity "Ot Vinta". Young scientists spoke about their research.
The conference in honor of the five-year cooperation between RUDN University and the Tashkent State Dental Institute was attended by 100 academics and students.
Students of the Faculty of Economics and the Institute of World Economy and Business of RUDN University became winners at the International Student Startup Competition "Business Generation – 2023" (Brest, Republic of Belarus). Among 23 projects from the CIS countries, two RUDN teams took the 1st place and won in the nomination "The Best in Business Controversy".

Students of the Agrarian Technological Institute, the Institute of Medicine, the Institute of Ecology and the Faculty of Economics presented scientific and practical projects.
April 24–28, the III Open Mathematical Olympiad for University Students (OMOUS-2023) was held in Turkmenistan. 282 students from 9 countries competed in the team and individual competitions. Mathematicians from RUDN brought silver to Moscow.
April 18-20, the international exhibition of HI-TECH innovations took place in St. Petersburg. Two RUDN University projects received a gold medal and the only Grand Prix at the exhibition.
The First International Scientific and Practical Conference in Foreign Languages “Languages and Cultures. Translation. Interdisciplinarity. Multilingualism” was held on April 20. The event was organized by the Foreign Languages Department of the Agrarian and Technological Institute of RUDN University.
