On 23 June a cooperation agreement was signed. The cooperation is implemented under the projects which the companies organize in order to search for a candidate for the current vacancies.
On 17-18 July an internal stage of selection for internships in Nipigaz and Sibur took place at RUDN University. It was organized by the RUDN University Career Department and Future Today and joined together 30 % of graduates from RUDN University and other higher education institutions of Russia and CIS.
The selection stage lasted for 2 days. On the first day over 100 people took part in a large-scale testing. On the second day the candidates selected for the second stage made their presentations on the subjects they had chosen. The contestants also took part in business games where they could show their business and personal qualities.
The shortlist of 20 contestants was made up on the results of the competition.
