18 March, ass.prof.Marina Burchakova, PhD, delivers a lecture “Manager of theXXIcentury: requirements to modern CEOs” in RUDN IWEB.

World economy is dictating new requirements to managers due to globalization deleting national borders. Business is becoming international, people in one company speak different languages and belong to different cultures. More and more often top managers work in different countries in companies with multinational staff. The managers’ skills are of priority importance. The lecture is followed by practical tasks.
