RUDN University starts cooperation with HiTech Group of Companies
Also GC "HiTech" will become a regular participant of job fairs, presentations of graduates in relevant specialties and other career guidance activities of the university. RUDN University, in turn, will assist the enterprise in the search and selection of young specialists from among Russian and foreign students who are focused on working in HiTech.
The main result of the first stages of cooperation is the employment of five students of RUDN University. One of the lucky ones was Natalia Izvarina, who shared her impressions of working in the company.
“My acquaintance with HiTech began when our teacher Natalya Anosova invited our group to a meeting with representatives of this company, Anna and Alexey. During the presentation of HiTech, I remembered that I had already sent a resume to this company on the HeadHunter website, but I hadn’t received an answer before. After the presentation, I mentioned it to Anna, and a few days later I was invited to the office for a meeting. The interview was conducted by Alexei Zverev, technical director of my future division. He told me in detail what tasks are solved in the department, which companies the cooperation is conducted with, and what responsibilities are needed. There were no technical issues regarding programming skills, knowledge of neural networks, various methods for solving classification problems, etc. At the end of the interview, Alexey warned me that I was the first candidate for an interview, and I had to wait some time while there were meetings with other applicants for the job. In the evening on the same day, Anna suddenly called and said that they were ready to take me on. I was pleasantly surprised and a little excited, because everything happened very quickly. The tasks that were to be solved were different, but equally interesting. ”
