Seasonal dynamics of peripheral blood parameters and electrolyte metabolism in children of early age and their parents living in different climatic and geographical zones was studied. Full synchronization of dynamic processes is established. With age, the amplitude and acrophase of seasonal rhythms change. The range of "wandering acrophase" is only 3 months. The maximum number of erythrocytes in children of all age groups of the indigenous population is observed in the spring period, and in the newer one - in the winter. It was found that in children of all age groups the maximum content of sodium and potassium in the plasma in winter and the minimum in summer. In the autumn season, there is a significant increase in calcium in the blood plasma, and in spring - magnesium. In children of indigenous nationality, the absolute values of the content of Na, K, and Ca ions in the blood plasma are higher than Mg (p <0.05). The boys have a higher content of potassium and calcium in the plasma, and the girls have sodium and magnesium (p <0.05).

The work is based on the results of a study to assess the effectiveness of clinical examination to identify patientsoncourological profile using the example of the healthcare system of the Kemerovo region. The results of prophylactic medical examination of oncological patients in the Kemerovo region were assessed on the basis of reports of the Regional Department of Public Health Protection for 2011-2014. The high prognostic significance of conducting clinical examination of the population to identify patients with oncological diseases at the level of regional health has been established. The prognostic factors of the expected results of clinical examination to identify patients with oncological diseases are determined.

The frequency of polymorphisms associated with cardiovascular diseases was investigated among the populations of Algeria and Syria in comparison with Russians from Central Russia. We analyzed the frequency of the ACE I/D, AGT T174M, AGT M235T, AGTR1 A1166C, EDN1 Lys198Asn, EDNRA H323H, and ITGB3 Pro33Leu polymorphisms in 165 volunteers from Algeria, Syria and Central Russia. It was found that the frequency of the studied alleles and genotypes for genes of the RAAS, the endothelin system and integrin beta-3 has ethnic peculiarity. Therefore the study of the genetic basis of cardiovascular diseases should be carried out taking into consideration the ethnicity of patients.

The forensic aspect of aspirationissues has not been paid sufficient attention to. The availableresearches were mainly devoted to the study of rapid death casesfrom aspiration. Establishing the cause of death in this case is usually non-problematic, especially when a foreign body (contents) in the airway during forensic autopsy. At the same time, the period of aspiration can lastonly few minutes, which is often observed in patients with consciousnessdepression, for example, in severe traumatic brain injury. In Russian and foreign literature the issues of morphological changes in the lung at different times of aspirationhave not been discussed properly. All mentioned above determines the relevance of studying the timing and sequence of morphological changes in the lungs during aspiration. The aim of this study was to estimate the dynamics and patterns of morphological changes in the lungs in early period of aspiration of gastric contents and blood. The following tasks were defined: 1. To study the mechanisms of acute lung injury in aspiration of analogue of gastric juice (acidin-pepsin) and bloodIn experiments on laboratory animals (rats). 2. To compare the dynamics of qualitative and quantitative morphological changes in the lungs and to identify the differences in aspiration of gastric contents and blood. 3. To study the dynamics of morphological changes in the lungs in the early period of severe TBI, accompanied by aspirationon sectional material. 4. To identify the most informative indicators of histological and morphometric changes in lung tissue in patients with severe TBI and aspiration to establish their duration.

The thesis examines the peculiarities of color test methodology in sociological research of children. The specificity of children as a group of respondents has been defined in this study and the analysis of the methods used in sociological studies of children has been carried out. The thesis substantiates the use of these techniques in practice and the main problems arising in this area before the sociologists. Also the cognitive capabilities and the peculiarities of the application of projective techniques in the sociology of childhood have been analyzed. The peculiarities of the use of color test of relations created by E.F. Bazhin and A.M. Etkind in sociological studies of children have been examined. Based on a theoretical analysis and empirical research the hypothesis of a high efficiency of the color test for the study of social attitudes, norms and values of preschool and early school age has been confirmed.
