On November 30, the international round table “Promotion of high-tech products and commercialization of innovative technologies of the CIS member-states in the domestic and foreign markets: problems and prospects” will be held in RUDN University.

According to the leading experts, the formation of a regional security system in Central Asia is becoming one of the most important priorities in world politics. At the same time, the key factor of this geopolitical region is the situation in Afghanistan.

The conference was organized by the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, the National Medical Research Radiology Center, P.A. Herzen Moscow Oncology Research Institute.

The conference dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the corresponding member of RAS, academician of European Academy of Sciences L.D. Kudryavtsev.

At present time, there is a rapid development of modern means and methods of treatment and prevention of surgical pathologies of animals for their successful implementation in practice and educational process. The best innovative methodology is cooperation between universities, veterinary centers, experimental institutes. The purpose of such cooperation is to generalize the experience, joint study and optimization of measures and methods of treatment of animals with various pathologies, the study of new modern methods of diagnosis.

On November 22, 2018, a student scientific and practical conference with international participation “Languages and Cultures: prospects for development in the 21st century” will be held.

November 21-22, 2018, RUDN hosts a meeting of the International Scientific Board in the field of “Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Telecommunications”, which includes leading experts from Europe and the USA. The Board will consider reports on research projects in 2018 and applications for 2019.

As part of the meeting of the International Scientific Board of the Medical Institute, RUDN University will hold a lecture on the approaches for efficient production of recombinant proteins and peptides for biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and research with examples of specific work carried out in the author's laboratory. The lecturer will explain how certain approaches of gene and protein engineering are applied and adapted, as well as new ones are developed, depending on the task and the requirements for the product.

November 20, 2018 at 16.30 the seminar on nonlinear problems of PDE and mathematical physics will take place.

November 20, 2018, a meeting of the International Expert Board (IEB), created to promote the development of the university in the framework of RUDN’s participation in the national project to improve the competitiveness of leading universities of the Russian Federation among the world's leading scientific and educational centers (Project 5-100).

November 20-21, 2018, the International Scientific Board in the field of "Chemical Sciences" will be held at the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia featuring public lectures and master classes by leading Russian and foreign researchers.

The event was originally held within the framework of the conference "Pressing Issues of Ecology and Nature Management", but then it was separated into an independent event.

V International scientific interdisciplinary conference “Functional aspects of intercultural communication and translation problems” of the Institute of Foreign Languages of RUDN unites scientists, specialists and representatives of student youth from different countries.

Kazan readings are an important information platform for discussing many controversial and complex issues, based on which the experts have the opportunity to share experiences, learn about news and achievements. The event is also of social importance, as it is aimed at enhancing the quality of medical care and improving the work of the maternity and childhood protection service.

6 -9 November, 2018, Peoples' Friendship University of Russia and Lomonosov Moscow State University conduct an international conference on partial differential equations and their applications devoted to the memory of Professor Boris Sternin (1939 - 2017). Professor B.Sternin is a mathematician well-known in Russia and abroad, author of 17 monographs and about 400 scientific papers, is among top 10 Russian mathematicians (see Mathnet.ru). He worked in universities and scientific centers in Russia, France, Germany, Sweden and Great Britain. Among his students there are a number of well-known mathematicians.
