QS Agency has presented the ranking of the best universities in the world - QS World University Rankings 2021. RUDN University has risen by 66 positions and took 326 place. The university showed a rise in absolutely all categories.
The greatest rise is in the criteria "Academic Reputation": by 138 positions, and "Reputation among employers": 112 positions up compared to last year.
The Minister of Science and Higher Education took part in the meeting of the Academic Board of the University.
According to RUR World University Rankings 2020, RUDN University is on the 7th line among Russian universities and 369th in the world, showing an increase of 49 positions among world universities during the year. In the quality of teaching, the university is among the four leaders in Russia.
The Times Higher Education (THE) published a rating assessing universities against their impact on society - THE Impact Rankings 2020. RUDN University first participated in this rating and took a place in the range 201-300. RUDN got the highest score for the “Decent work and economic growth” SDG, ranking 45th among world universities.
RUDN University received the maximum "5 stars" of the QS Stars international ranking. 5 stars is an indicator of the highest quality of not only hotels and restaurants, but also universities, only three Russian universities having such high praise.

RUDN University has shown rapid rise in the areas of “Linguistics” and “Modern Languages”, and also for the first time became one of the best in the world in subjects “Mathematics”, “Economics and Econometrics” and “Chemistry”.
