The Center conducts fundamental and applied research in prospecting and exploring solid minerals, oil and gas; digital modeling of deposits and reservoirs; reserve estimation and resource assessment; mine design and planning; development of technologies for the efficient development of oil and gas fields, and hydrocarbon transportation and processing.

The Center conducts applied research in automotive and ground transportation, unmanned systems (both ground and aerial), vehicle diagnostic methods, environmental issues in automotive industry and road network design.

The laboratory brings together specialists in linguistics, sociolinguistics, social psychology and ethnology for a comprehensive study of the dynamics of languages in a minority situation.

The Center conducts research aimed at improving and developing the network infrastructure. The research is carried out on real equipment, which makes it possible to more accurately assess the effectiveness and applicability of the results in real conditions.

The center is a structural subdivision of the S.M. Nikol’skii Mathematical Institute specializes in the field of mathematical physics.

Mathematical modelling in biomedicine is one of rapidly developing scientific disciplines motivated by the fundamental research and by the applications to public health.

The Centre focuses on vocational training under no stress without constant tutor’s supervision, without any risk for patients, forming professional competences in the system of continuous vocational education.

The Common Use Center "Physical and Chemical Research of New Materials, Substances and Catalytic Systems" (CUC PCR) is engaged in the integration of intellectual, logistical, technological, organizational and other types of resources.

CUC (REC) of RUDN University was established in July 2009 as part of an innovative educational program. The objective of the center’s activities is to integrate intellectual, material-technical, technological and organizational resources for the implementation of academic and research activities in the sphere of research, standardization, quality control of substances, materials and finished products.

The laboratory of non-invasive cardiovascular ultrasound diagnostics and hemodynamic studies was established at the Department of Propaedeutics of Internal Diseases. In addition to scientific research, it is possible to train students, residents, Ph.D. degree seekers and improve the level of training of specialists and trainees of advanced training courses on the basis of modern equipment.
