Laboratory of Arthroscopic Diagnosis in the Treatment of Diseases and Joint Damage

The laboratory was established at the Department of Traumatology and Orthopedics of the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia within the framework of the priority national project. The laboratory conducts fundamental scientific research in the field of MRI diagnostics and arthroscopic reconstruction of damaged joints. In addition to scientific research of diseases and joint damage and methods of their treatment, it allows to train students, residents, Ph.D. degree seekers and to raise the level of training of specialists and trainees of advanced training cycles on the basis of modern equipment.

Laboratory “Early stages of pregnancy”

The laboratory is organized at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology with the course of Perinatology of the RUDN University for carrying out extensive fundamental scientific research in the field of reproductology. Another important task is to create new and improve existing technologies for the recovery of women outside of pregnancy (pre-conception training) and during pregnancy.

The Center is a structural subdivision of the Joint Research Institute of Chemistry at RUDN and specializes in domino-reactions as well as in the development of methods for obtaining new biologically active substances with previously unexplored properties.

The Center is a structural subdivision of the Joint Research Institute of Chemistry at RUDN and specializes in fine organic synthesis as well as in the development of methods for the production of new catalysts and their application.

Laboratory of nanosystems in mechanical engineering of the Department of Mechanical and Instrument Engineering

The laboratory was established within the framework of the innovative educational program of the RUDN University based on the development of innovative activities, the development and adoption of new educational and scientific programs and technologies, as well as the introduction of innovative forms of the educational process organization.

Research Center for Applied Probability & Stochastic Analysis

The Center focuses on solving practical problems in the development of mathematical models for quality evaluation of the functioning of Internet of Things infrastructure within conditions of device dynamic relocation. The studies conducted by the Center lie at the junction of probability theory, mathematical statistics, and queuing theory.

Research Center for Computational Methods in Applied Mathematics

The main research goal is the improvement of applied computational methods for solving problems in mathematical physics, probability and statistics theory.

Research Center for High-Tech Systems and Infocommunication Modeling of the Institute of Applied Mathematics and Telecommunications

The Center's activities aim to solve practical problems of fifth-generation (5G) wireless networks in terms of user applications. The work is conducted as part of the research project "Research and development of models and methods for design, analysis and calculation of wireless networks”. - The Center conducts studies on 5G wireless heterogeneous networks in relation to the motion patterns of subscribers. - The Center develops models of radio resource management mechanisms of various types in 5G wireless heterogeneous networks. - The Center is developing analytical approaches to the probabilistic–time characteristics of 5G wireless heterogeneous networks under a dynamic random variation of the signal-to-interference ratio.
