Thesis for the degree of candidate of economic sciences. In the thesis theoretical and practical bases of creation and development of the institute of customs brokers as one of the basic elements of the system of the market of customs services and state control over foreign economic activity are developed. The role of customs brokers in the world market and customs services market in declaring goods in Russia was analyzed, the role and place of the institution of customs brokers in the process of improving the market of customs services of Russia and ways to improve the efficiency of customs brokers were researched. The principles of legal support for the activities of a customs broker, the methodology for selecting organizations to obtain the status of a customs broker, the methodology for planning and assessing the financial and economic activities of a customs broker, and recommendations for organizing the interaction of a customs broker with customs authorities and subjects of foreign economic activity are developed.

The purpose of research is to evaluate the diagnostic capabilities of measuring ECG signal microalternations as a new component among the set of diagnostic tests that assess abnormalities in the electrophysiological properties of the myocardium. The work is based on the survey data and observation of 362 subjects who conducted a total of 488 surveys across the five series of studies. This defined the reference parameters for the common range of fluctuations of ECG signal microalternations in the healthy and sick population of Lebanon. During the screening, the DK-ECG method showed a high diagnostic value in detecting myocardial damage. Particularly, and based on a value of the index "Myocardium" of 15% , the "normal" and "pathological" classification showed a sensitivity of 82.5% and a specificity of 58.1% for the analysis dataset. The work then focused on the borderline values for assessing the electrophysiological status of the myocardium according to DM for both the daily and the annual monitoring in the Lebanese population. It was established that the indicators of T-wave microalternations taken at three points (T1, T2 and T3) during the year in the young subjects group (age 20-40 45 years) are lower than the same indicators in the older subjects group (41-60 years). Moreover, the average difference value in the amplitudes of T2-T1 in the older group is 0.5-1.0 mV higher than that in the young group. The research also identified a number of previously unknown annual rhythm characteristics of the cardiovascular system that could potentially have important theoretical as well as clinical implications. The work demonstrated the presence of seasonal changes in DM indicators and the effect of various test actions on the parameters of the ECG signal microalternations in a group of healthy individuals. Furthermore, by analyzing the dispersion parameters of low amplitude ECG signal vibration during the depolarization/repolarization phases, it was noted that a set of deviations and predefined changes in these parameters can be observed in patients with cardiovascular disease. The work highlight the utility of capitalizing on daily and annual monitoring in clinical practice to expand the diagnostic capabilities of the DM method. The obtained data emphasize the feasibility of using DM-Holter indicators in the field of medicine (chronobiology) as a new tool in evaluating the myocardium electrophysiological state. It is finally argued that the study of biorhythms carries a considerable promise for various fields of medicine including diagnosis, ambulance organization, occupational health, profession screening, evaluation of adaptive human capabilities, as well as correction of therapy of patients with regard to their biorhythms.

The thesis is devoted to research theocosmogonic concepts in ancient Egyptian pre-philosophy, as well as their role in the process of the Genesis of philosophy in the cultural and historical area of the Eastern Mediterranean. The object of the dissertation research is a problem of the Genesis of philosophy, and its subject matter is ancient Egyptian cosmogonic myth in its historical development. Special attention is given to detection and analysis of transitional forms between archaic myth and emerging philosophy. Through the analysis of the phenomenon of «speculative theology» in ancient Egyptian and early Greek pre-philosophical tradition that is crucial to the process of the Genesis of philosophy in Ancient Greece, the thesis clarifies a number of provisions of the Mythogenic concept of the Genesis of philosophy.

In the thesis we construct geometrical description of Maxwell’s equations in terms of the fiber bundles. Different variants of the permeability tensor are described and, accordingly, various variants of the geometrization of the Maxwell equations are proposed. In particular, we propose a variant of geometrization based on a quadratic metric. It leads to equations of the Yang–Mills type. We also construct a symplectic Hamiltonian for the Maxwell equations without a source. The described formalism is demonstrated in application to problems of transformational optics and lens calculations. Analytical calculations are verified using numerical methods.

Substantivization as a way of language compression: the functional aspect The dissertation is devoted to consideration of substantivization as a method of linguistic compression and method of word-formation. The work takes into account the various types of result of substantivization (full result – partial – occasional), comprehensively describes their operation in various fields of communication: media and language of the Internet, as well as the texts of modern fiction, oral language and other sources. The results of the research can be used at University courses of language theory, grammar, stylistics of the text; courses and special courses devoted to language dynamics, live transformation processes of the Russian language, in the organization of the students research work in the analysis of language and text.

The thesis considers the costume description as one of the tools of shaping public opinion in the context of the political discourse reflected through Spanish and Latin-American newspapers. The study sets out to find out and explain the creation of the connotative meanings based on initially neutral words and their impact on the reader’s perception of the reality. The results of the research and the collected material can be used while preparing Spanish translators and international specialists in such spheres as diplomatics, politics and public communications. They can be also included inlectures and seminars on pragmatic and cognitive linguistics, discourse theory.
