More than 500 experts from 77 countries discussed the best practices and methods of designing inclusive education at RUDN University. The international scientific and practical conference “Current Problems of Inclusive Education in the world: Context, Policy and practice” was held with the support of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and the Commission of the Russian Federation for UNESCO.
Since 2021, RUDN University has implemented a grant support system for young scientists and research teams. During this time, 247 teams from various institutes and faculties have participated, including some from outside our university.
Training qualified foreign specialists, educational strategies, collaborations, digital technologies and much more were discussed during the II International Educational Forum at RUDN University. The event brought together more than 1,000 participants and 300 speakers from 40 countries, including representatives of government, scientific organizations and businesses, as well as rectors of leading universities. This time, the focus was on cooperation with partners from the Middle East, the Asia-Pacific region and Africa.
A delegation of specialists from Ghana came to RUDN University to study waste management and the circular economy, urban ecosystem services, public utilities, and digital municipal management. The classes were held at the Center for Continuing Professional Education of the RUDN Institute of Ecology.
The first RAEX ranking of universities in sustainable development has been published to feature 7 Russian universities. RUDN University is among the top seven, while it was awarded class AA, demonstrating a very high level of sustainability performance.
A themed train dedicated to the 65th anniversary of RUDN University has been launched in the Moscow Metro! For six months, the train will run along the Sokolnicheskaya Line.
