RUDN was included in the list of the best universities in Eurasia according to the Times Higher Education (THE). The list of University Ranking of Eurasia Nations was presented in Kazan at the THE summit of the leading scientific research.

The QS ranking agency has identified Russian universities among the world's leading universities. RUDN has risen 104 positions and is now in the 446th place. This is the best result of the university during the history of participation in the ranking as was reported at a press conference in the "Rossiya Segodnya" information agency on June 06.
In Round University Ranking (RUR) 2018 the University has risen from 456 to 439 place in the general ranking, also holding a very high 65th position in the quality of teaching.
RUDN is No. 44 in GreenMetric university ranking. This is the best result since 2011
QS University Rankings: BRICS 2018 results are published. RUDN has risen 21 positions to occupy the 78th place (last year it was 99th). RUDN is number 17 among 96 Russian HEIs in the ranking.
18 October, the XLII of RUDN A-students brought together 867 students from Asia, Africa, Middle East, Latin America, Europe, USA and Canada with excellent academic performance. The guest of honor was RAS academician, Chair of the Moscow Society of obstetricians-gynecologists M.Kurtser.
